As our potential Client and student, we require you to follow these Terms & Conditions. We reserve the right to terminate your membership at any time if any part of this agreement is breached. In the case of such an event you, the Client, are not eligible for a refund of any paid services.

By booking private lessons, group classes, workshops and other events, hiring a studio from us, you are automatically assumed to have agreed to our Terms and Conditions.

Private Dance Lessons

Cancellations and rescheduling must be made 1 week (seven days) prior to the booking. One week to 48h (two days) cancellation will incur in £15 payment (floor fee). Cancellation made less than 48h (two days) will incur in full lesson fee payment. No refunds will be made if the lesson is cancelled within the 48hr (two days). No exceptions. You may discuss this further with your teacher if missing a class is due to unforeseeable events. If private lesson is missed we are under no obligation to refund a lesson or wait in the studio past your lesson time.

The client is required to book and make full payment before the start date of the course or on the day of the first class in order to secure a spot. Courses are subject to space availability and are available on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Missed Classes - Adults

If a Client is unable to attend a class for any reason they may come for alternative session. The discounted package of four classes is for four sessions in a row. The session must be taken on the first available group class after the package of four classes expires. One missed class per block of four classes. (i.e.  the package bought on the 1st of February contains  classes on the 6th, 13th, 20th and 27th of  February. If the Client missed a class on the 13th of February he/she may come only for the next available class which is on the 6th of March).  If we are able to offer an alternative session and the Client chooses not to accept the alternative that is offered, the Client is NOT entitled to a refund. Please be aware that we are under no obligation to offer alternative or replacement sessions.

Missed Classes - Children

Payments are strictly per term (4-7 weeks). No drop ins.  Students are expected to attend all the classes in the term.  If the child is unable to attend any of the classes listed in the term timetable, this has to be discussed with the teacher before the term commences. If a student is unable to attend the class and we did not discuss it with the parents before the term started – the full payment will be taken for any missed classes. This is due to the studio hiring regulations and is in a best interest of other students attending the classes and those on a waiting list wishing to join.

Cancellations and Transfers

Once Booked all Dance Services are non-refundable and non-transferable. This does not affect your statutory rights. We require a minimum number of Client Bookings for holding each individual Course. If that minimum number is not achieved by the day after the deadline for booking has expired, we reserve the right to cancel the Course and in this instance, will provide a full refund.

Variations to scheduled classes

On some rare occasions it may be necessary to make alterations to the start date, time, or teacher of our group classes in order to operate our sessions effectively. All Clients will be notified of any such changes as soon as is reasonably possible through the website timetable or through our facebook page. Please note that we are not obligated to inform students personally of any such changes. Any such change(s) shall not constitute a breach of contract and shall not give you the right to terminate the agreement or ask for a refund.

Once tickets have been requested, payment is due within two weeks and minimum two weeks before the event. If payment is not possible within two weeks, a Client may pay via bank transfer. Requested tickets may be sold without notice if payment is not made within the timescale given. Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable to other events hosted by Tomasz&Iaroslava but may be transferred to another person provided the organisers are notified of the change minimum 48h prior to the event. Advance payment only unless specified otherwise by the event organisers. No tickets will be issued. Client’s name will be added to a guest list. Payments are accepted in person by either Tomasz or Iaroslava if paying cash or bank transfer. Please do not add French chalk or talcum powder or any kind of oil to your dance shoes. This is dangerous to other dancers, invalidates our public liability, and goes against our terms of use contract with the venue.
